If you want to build on the knowledge gained in the Open Water Course, advance your diving skills and explore special diving interests, this course is the one for you. Complete five adventure dives over 2 days to gain your certification. Deep and Navigation dives are compulsory and you will need to complete three elective dives from a choice including boat, wreck, night, peak performance buoyancy, underwater naturalist, drift, photo, etc.

To enrol on the PADI Advanced Open Water Course, you must be 15 years or older (12 for Junior Advanced Open Water Diver) and be qualified to PADI Open Water or equivalent.

You will need the PADI Adventures in diving manual for this course.

PADI Enriched Air Diver Course Enquire Now

This one day course is PADI’s most popular specialty course which teaches you techniques for getting more time underwater by using enriched air nitrox. You will learn about various considerations when using enriched air, including managing oxygen exposure, how to tell what’s in your scuba tank and how to set your dive computer.  

To enrol on the PADI Enriched Air Diver Course, you must be 12 years or older, be qualified to PADI Open Water or equivalent

You will need the PADI Enriched Air Diver crewpak for this course.

First aid and CPR are good skills for anyone to have in case of diving  or day to day emergencies. They are also a requirement for passing the PADI Rescue Diver course. During the Emergency First response course, which is usually completed in half a day, you will learn BLS (Basic Life Support) CPR and rescue breathing at the layperson level, AED (automated external defibrillator) use (optional), preventing and caring for shock, spinal injury management, use of barriers to reduce disease transmission risk and basic first aid and first aid kit considerations.

This challenging and rewarding, 3 day course expands on what you already know about preventing problems and how to manage them if they occur. This course is for you, if you’re interested in developing safety skills or wish to progress to a Professional level PADI course. You will learn self-rescue, recognizing and managing stress in other divers, emergency management and equipment, rescuing panicked divers and rescuing unresponsive divers. As well as being fairly demanding this is a thoroughly enjoyable course and should result in you becoming a far more confident diver, safe in the knowledge that you are better equipped to look after yourself and those around you.

To enrol on the PADI Rescue Diver Course, you must be 12 years or older, be qualified to PADI Advanced Open Water or equivalent and be trained and current for first aid and CPR within the last two years.

You will need the PADI Rescue Diver crewpak for this course.


To complete your qualification you need to take with you two passport sized photos. You may also have to pay a certification fee of between €25 - €55.

Before booking any courses please read the PADI Medical Statement and related information as some health conditions may prevent you from diving. A positive response to any of the questions means that there is a pre-existing condition that may affect your safety while diving and you must seek the advice of your physician prior to engaging in dive activities. Prior to participating in any diving activity, the dive centre in resort will asked you to complete this form, so please ensure you have any medical clearance that may be required before arriving in resort.
